Making Money Online

Bad economy, holiday season and paycuts…usually just a few common reasons why people are struggling to make ends meet this year.

With job cuts, overtime restrictions, benefit reductions, America (and even the entire world) is facing some tough economic times.

One place that I still have not noticed any slowdown, is making money on the internet. Wether it is buying and selling domain names or websites, having 3rd party advertising on your websites, or being involved in an affiliate marketing business, it seems like times are booming!

People are still surfing the net, and perhaps even more now that a lot of people are home. That is why affiliate marketing is still going strong. I have been involved in one specific affiliate marketing company for almost 10 years now, and they are still growing. It is called SFI Marketing, and they have been around a very long time, and they have recently released a new program called EYEearn, where you can make some decent money by doing a lot of the things you already do. Here is a quick breakdown of how this really cool system works:

Money Making Websites: A Brief Tutorial

Money Making Websites: A Brief Tutorial

As simple as this may sound to those who have been on line for awhile, I believe it is very easy to assume that everyone knows all the basics to starting up an online business or website. I really consider the definition of an online business in it’s most basic form, as simply a website that makes money. Whether you are selling a product, promoting a service or affiliate program, or simply building a weblog or website with content that interests you and adding advertising such as Adsense on it, this all constitutes as a ‘home business’ or ‘online business’.
If you are new to the net, something as simple as setting up a weblog can truly be a daunting task. What is a weblog you ask?

Home Office Organization

When you decide it is time to organize your home office, one of the most important things to consider if you have enough space. Many people are opting for office armoires or space saving smaller desks, but this elimination of desk surface working space can really be counter productive. Yes, in some cases, the more space you have, the more you will use, but if you want to get organized, having sufficient working space and keeping it clean is part of the drill.

A quick office organization tip: choose the right desk! First, make sure your desk has a keyboard drawer - this will preserve the space in front of the computer for papers, notebooks etc. Second, consider a corner oriented desk or a taller desk depending on the space you have to use. Finally, keep your computer tower under your desk. As long as you keep the PC free of dust, no harm will come to your tower and you will free up valuable desk space.
